You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.
The Hivve, LLC offers customer-service text replies about bookings, venue and event questions, and manager callbacks. This program does not include marketing messages or proactive automated reminders. Availability and the opt-in process are shown on our texting page. Texting is not available until that page indicates the service has launched.
When the service is available, sending START to (833) 201-2604 gives your consent to receive these customer-service texts from The Hivve, LLC. Participation is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact trever@thehivve.com. You can use email for customer service without opting in to texts.
Delivery and timing depend on your carrier, network availability, and other factors. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive; we do not guarantee delivery or response times. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Hivve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
