Along with a record number of Canadian Screen Award nominations and wins, his children's book Wild Outside won four national awards and in 2022 he was named Canada’s Chief Scout. His film productions Survivorman, Wild Harvest, Beyond Survival and Survivorman Bigfoot air around the globe.
