the deal

How shows here are structured

Every show gets a written performance agreement with the numbers spelled out. These are the shapes it usually takes.

  • Guarantee

The artist is paid a fixed fee whatever the ticket sales. You take the risk and keep the upside after costs.

Good for: Proven draws and touring acts with a set fee.

  • Door deal

No fixed fee. Ticket revenue is split by an agreed percentage after the agreed costs come off the top.

Good for: Local bands, first-time shows, and nights that are building a crowd.

  • Guarantee vs. percentage

The artist gets the greater of a guaranteed fee or a percentage of net ticket revenue.

Good for: Acts with a floor they need, and upside if the room sells out.

Or rent the room

Run it all yourself: $150 an hour plus a $50 coordinator, the same rate as any private event. See worked prices.

Settlement

Settlement terms are written into your performance agreement. Ask us how and when we settle before you sign.

holding a date

How holds work

  1. Ask for the date

Use the form below, or the promoter portal once you have an account. One active hold per date, first come first served.

  2. We review it

We check the calendar and get back to you, usually within one business day.

  3. The date is yours for 14 days

An approved hold blocks the date for everyone else for 14 days. We email you 3 days before it lapses, and we extend it while your agreement is with us for review.

  4. Sign and it's a show

When the performance agreement is signed, the hold becomes your show date and goes on our calendar.

your date

Check a date, then ask for it

Open nights are free on the calendar right now. Ask for a hold, a promoter account, or both, and we'll reply within one business day.
